French Baguette Baking Instructions

Baguettes are fully cooked. They are at their best when toasted. Thaw before baking. Can be sliced and toasted in toaster, oven or toaster oven. The Baguette makes a wonderful Panini, French Bread Pizza, Crostini and more!

Hand Tossed Pizza Crust Baking Instructions

Can be baked either frozen or thawed. Top pizza with desired toppings, place directly on oven rack and bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until crust is desired color/crispiness.  Can also be placed on baking sheet or pizza stone.

Deep Dish Pizza Crust Baking Instructions

Can be baked either frozen or thawed. Top pizza with desired toppings, place directly on oven rack and bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until crust is desired color/crispiness.  Can also be placed on baking sheet or pizza stone.

Our sandwich bread and hamburger buns are at their best when toasted. Use frozen or thaw, then bake, broil or toast until desired doneness is achieved.

Our bread crumbs should be kept in the freezer until use. Thaw before using.

Storage Instructions

All our products ship frozen and will thaw partially or entirely during shipping. Once your products arrive, place them in the freezer or if you are going to use them in 1-2 days, in the refrigerator. Always keep refrigerated or frozen until use. Keep refrigerated up to one week or frozen up to 3 months.
